Registration Fee
There is a registration fee of $25. A student’s registration is good through the following May, and will be renewed annually.
​
Tuition
– (School year) Tuition is due on the 1st of each month & late on the 10th.
– There is a late fee of $10.
– Families with more than 1 student enrolled, receive a discount of 10% off total tuition due.
– Enrollment into auto-pay is available to have all tuition/fees processed automatically on due date.

Recital
Our annual spring recital is at the closing of each school year. We want our students to have the opportunity to perform, and celebrate with their family & friends all that they have learned. Performing in the recital is not mandatory, but we encourage all our students to participate. It is so much fun!

DRESS CODE
Our school’s established dress code policies includes specific dance attire, shoes, and hair instructions for each class level for both male and female students. Students are expected to follow their assigned dress code without exception.
For safety reasons, only small jewelry permitted —no long or pendent necklaces, chains, watches, fit bits, bracelets
or dangling earrings are allowed. Proper ballet warm up accessories only. No street shoes on the dance floor.
male students
For all levels: Solid black “bike” shorts for younger boys, black ballet tights with looser dance shorts worn over for older boys. Fitted solid light blue or black shirt. Black or white socks. Black ballet, jazz, & tap shoes.
female students
For all levels: Ballet leotard, (no attached skirts) light pink ballet tights (footed, no print), light pink ballet shoes, black tap shoes & black jazz shoes. Pointe shoes (if applicable) must have ribbons. Hair worn neatly off the face as directed for each class level. Small, minimal hair accessories may be worn during class.
Creative Movement & Pre-Ballet:
Light pink leotard. (no attached skirts) Light pink ballet tights (footed, no print),
light pink ballet shoes and black tap shoes. Dance skirts may be worn for tap only. Hair worn neatly off the face.
Level 1:
Black leotard. (no attached skirts) Light pink ballet tights (footed, no print), light pink ballet shoes and
black tap shoes. Dance skirts may be worn for tap only. Hair worn neatly in a classic ballet bun.
Level 2:
Black leotard. Light pink ballet tights (footed, no print), light pink ballet shoes, black tap & black jazz shoes.
Dance skirts or jazz shorts may be worn for tap & jazz only. Hair worn neatly in a classic ballet bun.
Level 3:
Black leotard. Light pink tights (must be worn underneath leotard, and fully rolled down). Light pink ballet shoes. Legwarmers/ballet sweaters may be worn prior to class time. Hair worn neatly in a classic ballet bun.

Level 4:
Black leotard. Light pink tights (must be worn underneath leotard, and fully rolled down). Light pink ballet shoes
and pointe shoes (if applicable). Pointe shoes must have ribbons. Legwarmers/ballet sweaters may be worn
prior to class time. Ballet skirts may be worn for pointe class only. Hair worn neatly in a classic ballet bun.

Level 5:

-May wear black tights for rehearsals.

-Ballet skirts may be worn for entire class.

-Black leotard.
-Light pink tights for classes (must be worn underneath leotard, and fully rolled down).
Light pink ballet shoes and pointe shoes. Pointe shoes must have ribbons.
-Proper ballet warm up accessories such as leg warmers, warm-up shorts, ballet sweaters etc may be worn for barre.
(No street clothes such as sweatshirts, sweatpants or t-shirts allowed.)
-Ballet skirts may be worn for entire class.

Rehearsals:
-may also wear colored leotards and/or black tights
-Hair worn neatly in a classic ballet bun, or may wear hair fully up in a clip provided hair is fully tucked in and secured. (If hair is coming out too often or loose, the student may be asked to place their hair in a bun.)

Level 6:
Classes & rehearsals:
-Any colored leotard.
-Light pink or black tights, and tights may be rolled up to the calf. (Pink tights must be worn underneath leotard.)
Light pink ballet shoes and pointe shoes. Pointe shoes must have ribbons.
-Proper ballet warm up accessories such as leg warmers, warm-up shorts, ballet sweaters etc may be worn for barre.
(No street clothes such as sweatshirts, sweatpants or t-shirts allowed.)
-Ballet skirts may be worn for entire class.

All students ages 9 and up must wear appropriate street clothes and/or cover-ups over their dance attire when going to and from SCBD.
